• Resolve /freelancers/[username] against apps/web/lib/mock.ts.
• Render matching mock freelancer skills and hourly rate for known usernames.
• Render a clear not-found fallback for unknown usernames.
• Add a route behavior test that renders the page component for known and unknown usernames.
